Okay, due to public demand (and by public I mean Anna), I am going to update my blog. Haha. By the way, the reason why I have taken a leave from blogging is because nothing exciting is happening in my life. Oo na, boring akong tao. Pfffft.
---------
Anyway, on Saturday, we’re leaving for Singapore! Yes, my friends, it is THE land of Lee Kuan Yew (Thanks, Ms. Lau!). Finally, an opportunity to do something else aside from lying around and watching TV. Yay!
---------
I’ve been watching American Idol, and Vonzelle (please correct my spelling if it’s wrong) is now becoming my favorite. She has this powerful voice, and only a few people can pull off what she does. Although I must admit Carrie Underwood and Constantine are very, very good as well. But please, I’m kind of getting sick of Anthony Federov! It seems that he never changes his style. Inna, kaya nga style eh. Haha. But if I think about it, he reminds of John Stevens. And I liked John Stevens. Oh well.
---------
I miss kickboxing. I mean the feeling of getting to kick and punch someone is hard to top. The feeling is liberating, really. It’s a form of release, somehow. I’d love to feel that again. I don’t even know why I stopped in the first place. I haven’t been training for four months now, and I miss it. Hmmph.
---------
There Anna. Happy? =)

I’m back from Singapore! To make the long story short, I’ve made a list of the things I’ve learned/observed while I was there:
1. The discipline there is AMAZING. This is no exaggeration. Seriously. Nakaka-inggit.
2. Like for example, if they catch you using your cellphone while driving, they wont confiscate your phone or your license, but they’ll confiscate your sim card. Very wise thing to do.
3. Drivers are given up to 24 points. A violation may amount to a certain number of points. If he exceeds 24, they’ll not allow you to drive for a certain period of time, or sometimes never again.
4. Most of the cars they use look new. This is because you can only own a car for a maximum of 10 years. I think you have to change it after that.
5. Public transportation is very, very convenient. It’s super safe. Very clean. Very quiet. You’d rarely hear people talking on the MRT.
6. People there mostly live in condos. You’ll hardly see houses. The people who live in houses are the very rich people.
7. Mcdonald’s is open till 12 midnight. This meant usual midnight snacks for us. They also give larger servings. Ang small fries sa kanila, large na sa atin. Even bigger pa yata.
8. Kung sa Pilipinas ang catch phrase ng McDo ay “Love ko ‘to”, in Singapore they have, “I’m loving it”. They even have tv’s in all their branches.
9. People there mistake me as one of them. They speak to my sister and I in Chinese! It’s not like it never happened before. It’s just… weird.
10. People there are really friendly but quiet, really. They’ve got interesting fashion sense. Most of them have straight hair. Wala lang.
11. While in Singapore, we had the privilege to have our own bus, tour guide and driver during our tour days. Imagine, a whole bus to ourselves!
12. At seven ‘o clock in the evening, you’d see it’s still very bright at that time.
13. They’ve got tons of tourist spots, all of them very organized and clean. It makes me wonder how come we don’t have places as nice as those, when ‘di hamak, we’ve got better resources naman.
14. Singapore is generally really clean. Ang ganda pa ng airport nila. It’s said to be the best in the world. I don’t know about that, but they do things really fast there. Efficient and convenient in lots of ways. Dito, ang bagal talaga.
15. Kung ikukumpara sa Singapore, kawawa ang Pilipinas.
But despite all I’ve said, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. There’s no place like home.

Kawawa naman si Daddy. I feel he doesn’t get the rest he deserves. I mean, picture this.
During holy week, we were in Tagaytay. Then, on that same weekend, he went on a week-long business trip to Taiwan. The week after that, we went to Singapore. We stayed there for six days. And now, he’s off to Germany for another week-long business trip. That means he’s not going to spend his birthday with us. His birthday’s on April 20, which is on Wednesday, and he’s coming home on Saturday I think.
See how hectic his schedule is? I miss daddy already. He left for the airport just a while ago. I want my daddy!
I pray he’s okay. Please God, watch over my dad.

**Edit: Wait, as for now, I take it back. I'm sorry. This is so childish. I regret ever posting this lower part.

I found out that my daddy's coming home on monday pa! Rarr. Daddy, come home!
-----
Kuya lost my slippers! He borrowed them, even brought them to Sibol I think, and kept them for a few days. Then I found out yesterday he couldn't find them anymore. Pffffft.
-----
Had soccer training yesterday. While I had the ball, the other team came running and tried to steal it away from me. I didn't actually see who it was, but it turns out someone had mistaken my foot for the ball, ergo, she kicked with much force using her spikes. Yes. HER SPIKES. Now, my right foot really hurts.

Remember when I said I was gonna grow my hair long this summer? Well, I just came home from the Podium, and since I find it really hot these days, I GOT MY HAIR CUT. REALLY SHORT.
Haha. Think grade six days when people always thought I was a tomboy. Yeah, those days.
Pfffft. I guess I can never be a shampoo commercial model.

The Rules:
1. Write something about 15 different people.
2. You can NOT say who they are.
3. If someone asks you which one is about them, you can NOT tell.
I got this from someone, but I wish to keep it a secret, kasi kasama siya sa blind items ko. So ikaw, if you think I got this from you, read on.
Blind Item #1: This girl has been my friend since pre-school. Actually, we even became best friends at a point. I convinced her to join soccer this summer. Kaya classmates kami sa AFC. Also, she was included in a popular band’s debut video.
Blind Item #2: This girl is my second study buddy. Come to think of it, she’s my STUDDY BUDDY (Haha, feeling DD). Miss Malvas loves us as a team (Kahit ayaw niyang aminin). Ang tawagan namin ay HONEYBEYBEH. She’s included in the justice league. Her future is undecided, but there’s a big chance she might end up in showbiz (seryoso).
Blind Item #3: This is my lovable journ and field trip partner. Hindi ka magugulat kung maabutan mo siyang bangag. Kasi palagi naman eh. Haha. Expert siya pag dating sa highlighting skills, kasi when she’s done with the book/notebook, wala ka na talaga mababasa. G-tech point 3 ang kanyang favorite ballpen, at pinaglalaban niya ito. An avid fan of wrestling, she admits one of her dreams is to become one professionally (aside from marrying Johnny Depp).
Blind Item #4: Her nickname is far from her real name. But she’s the real epitome of her nickname. SUPER GENEROUS. When I say super, I mean kaya niyang i-libre ang lahat, kahit mamulubi na sila. She’s also the manager of the justice league, and does a mighty good job doing it. She takes care of ALL of us. She has this contagious and loud laugh. Usually sarcastic din siya. Saya.
Blind Item #5: She’s my lockermate. To tell you the truth, TAKOT ANG LAHAT SA KANYA. Why? Well aside from having this LOW and LOUD voice, masungit kasi siya. Haha. Joke. But she’s this very talented softball player. Yess, NCR? Palagi ko siyang pinapagalitan, kasi di siya nag-ssun block. Ayan tuloy. Haha.
Blind Item #6: This girl was my dissecting partner. We defied the odds, and despite our fears, were able to handle RODEL really good. Kaya most-behaved frog nga si Rodel eh. Haha. Yabang. But I say we make a really good team. Guess what? Rodel’s even going to be displayed in the lab. Yay! Anyway, aside from that, she’s really good when it comes to doing layouts and stuff. Go Hawkgirl! Also, isa siya sa taga-pagtaguyod ng fans club ng sophomore softball team. Isa pang fan ng wrestling. That’s why she and #3 get along.
Blind Item #7: Suuuuuperman siya in many things. When it comes to the justice league, script writing, or funny hirits, she’s the one. She’s my constant ka-chikahan when it comes to she-knows-what. I like her coz we’ve got lots in common. She also helps me out when it comes to math or science. Iba na talaga pag DD.
Blind Item #8: She wasn’t my classmate this year, but she became my classmate in pre-school. She, number 7 and I love talking about this “thing” a lot. Ahem! She excels in the performing arts. She’s confident, and I admire that. At a time, we even “starred” in this play for our club, where I played HERO, and she played LEANDRO. Lovers kami dun. Whoo! That was fun.
Blind Item #9: I only met this girl late January of this year. We were both convinced by our brothers to join this play of theirs. And because of that, there was a time when we were together every after school. The only difference is, it takes me about 20 minutes or so to get to our “meeting place” when all she has to do is cross this bridge. Go figure. Mama Mary ulit this year! Even though she’s younger than me, I find her always teasing me. Pero ok lang, coz she has the most “issues” naman, so to speak, among us girls. Yes, she too, is a hermana. Ang pasas, masarap ba?
Blind Item #10: This is a girl I miss sooooo much. She moved to another school after our grade seven graduation. I miss how after every playshop, she’d come to my house and just hang out, and we’d talk about absolutely everything! She’s a very talented thespian. Music is a big part of her. And oh! I miss how she has the courage to stand up to teachers we know don’t treat us fairly. Ahem, remember Jungle? I can picture the kilay rising! Haha.
Blind Item #11: Hunny Bunny! This girl was my first quarter seatmate. Clubmate ko din siya. I enjoy her company because I can tell her anything, and she’d listen. She’s super helpful, she’d teach me lessons I couldn’t understand. She is also included in our Computer period’s “STATIONMATES”. Haha, cheating? No, no. I think the term is more like more like assisting and helping improve. Haha. I think one of her areas of expertise is becoming hyper. Hayop sa dance moves, beybeh! Sumusunod kasi sa galaw. Haha.
Blind Item #12: This girl owns the house na tamabayan ng BFU. We could stay at her house all day, and just chill watching DVDs. Also, her favorite subject is JOURNALISM. She’s actually really good at it. By the way, I hear she’s slowly getting addicted to badminton. Yess, varsity? Go for it!
Blind Item #13: This girl and I were never really close. But I’m hoping this summer we could be. Coz kasama ko din siya sa AFC. She’s actually being trained to become a goalie. Yes. Big time siya. Sabi nga niya, wala na daw siyang pag-asa maging super model, kasi madami na daw siyang sugat. Pero I dare to disagree. Yihee!
Blind Item #14: I got the idea for this entry from her. I’ve known this girl ever since grade six. At that time, na-fraustrate ako sa kanya, kasi seatmate ko siya nun nung first quarter, and she barely talks to me. Like nung first day, I asked her a question, and tiningnan lang niya ako. Haha. Some people call her “KAP”. Why? Kasi Team Captain siya ng softball team. And for that, idol namin siya. Idol, Idol, Idol ko si kap… *****! She’s also part of our “STATIONMATES” during Computer period.
Blind Item #15: She also moved to another school after grade seven graduation. Best friends daw sila ni #1. I miss this girl sooooooooo much. How will I not miss our usual arguments? May it be UAAP, height, who’s cuter, we always disagree! Nobody can top her ka-kikayan in my list. She’s just one of a kind. She’s a great friend na nga, pretty pa! Naks!

HOW THE HELL DID IT GET THIS HOT??
-----
Damn, I'm sofreakintired. Earlier this morning, while training, I found myself easily exhausted. Lately, I've been finding it hard to breathe. This sucks.
To add to the pain, my lower right back hurts. I feel it just in this one certain spot. It's the kind of pain that "pokes". Hindi yung poke na funny, it's the poke na masakit-na-nakakainis. Yeah, that kind. POOTAH, SAKIT. Lechugas.
-----
Yay, BFU lunch is this thursday. Julianne and I plan to go there after soccer. I miss you guys!
-----
I want money. Donations please. Eto, the one who gives me the largest amount of money wins. GAME! I will forever be thankful.

Daddy’s home! Daddy’s home! Daddy’s home! He even brought back those yummy Belgian waffles. Awww, I missed him.
_________
Remember when I said I had this annoying pain in the back? Well, it’s still there, but I’ve found a way to make the pain go away. I have decided to take painkillers. I’ve had this “injury” before, and that’s what the doctor said I should take. But now, I think I’m actually becoming addicted to those tablets!
So, if I die anytime soon, a leading cause maybe because I have become over-dosed with painkillers. So watch out.
_________
We won the game a while ago. But we played against each other nga lang. Haha. As in our team VS our team. I got to score! Yay!
We’ve never won against Coach Rachel’s team. Haha. Seriously, most of their players are the power house of the whole beginners class! Pero kaya yan. Sana. Kahit sa festival man lang. Please God..
_________
A while ago also, while I was controlling the ball, the opponent guarding me bumped into me really hard! Tumilapon ako eh. Of course I didnt see her coming coz I wasnt facing her, but seryoso, ang laki niya eh. I almost fell face first! She didnt even apologize. Damn. Wala man lang penalty na binigay. I'm telling you, it was a biased decision. Diba Tracy? Oh well. Ganyan talaga eh.
_________
Coach Rachel and Coach Karen invited the coach of the men’s football team to teach us a few skills. As I was observing him, I saw how developed his leg muscles were. They were huge! I mean, di yung muscles na mukhang fit eh, I actually found it gross.
I hope my legs don’t become that developed. Scary.

This morning, when I just arrived at Ateneo to train, Jan and Tracy were already there. So we started talking. Then all of a sudden, I felt something wet on my leg. At first, I felt it didn’t really matter, thinking it was nothing. Then when I checked to see what it was, I was SHOCKED to see that it was BIRD CRAP!!! It was sooooooo gross, it stunk like hell, and it was BROWNISH ORANGE. And bird poo is supposed to be white, right? EEEWW. To add to my humiliation, I saw that there was poo on my left sleeve, too. LECHUGAS TALAGA. Mabaril na sana yung ibon na yun. RARR.
-----------------
Note: I fell for the first time while training. I am now celebrating my wounds. Haha. It's not that I enjoy getting hurt, it's just that I wanna feel that may ginawa ako. As a result, I've got souveneirs of training for soccer. Ang sarap mag-feeling expert.
-----------------
Had lunch with BFU at Dencio’s a while ago, too. ‘Twas fun. Sarap ng sisig. What I found interesting though, is that everyone is having quite a productive summer. Julianne and I have soccer, Cheska has softball, Aset has karate, Karen has badminton and Tippy has advanced Geom and Chem. Wala lang. Aliw.
-----------------
POOTAH, BAKIT SI CONSTANTINE PA?? MGA BOBO. BOBO. BOBO. And you're keeping Scott Savol alive?! STUPID DECISION, AMERICA. Anyone agree with me?
