Module 1 is over, and yesterday we had our festival. So the girls division was divided into four teams. Two from the advanced class, and 2 from the beginners. Each group was given a team name. The teams were Austria, Portugal, Holland, and Cameroon. My team was Cameroon.
Game 1: Austria (Advanced) VS Cameroon
--The score was 4-0. Of course, we lost. Austria was a hard-core team, I’m telling you. Like if they need to hurt you to get the ball, they will. In my case, a girl from the other team wanted me to get away from the ball, so what she did is she used her elbow to hit me in the stomach. Bad trip, the referee didn’t see it. That was a foul. Kahit sumigaw na nga ako, hindi pa rin pinansin. Hmmpphh.
Game 2: Cameroon VS Holland (Beginners under Coach Rachel)
--The score was 0-0. Draw, baby! This was definitely an achievement for our team because we never win against "Holland" during training. NEVER. So even if we still didn’t score, they didn’t either. It shows that we’re improving. Kahit sa festival lang. Injuries? I’m glad there weren’t any. Other people were just pulling my shirt, but what the hell…
Game 3: Cameroon VS Portugal (Advanced)
--This was the game I enjoyed the most. All we had to do was keep the other team’s score under 3, and we get third place. Even if we don’t get to score, as long as the other team doesn’t go over two points, then we’re fine. The score was 2-0, pare. 2-0. That was sooooo cool. We lost, but cool nonetheless.
I got injured in this game the most, though. The first one was when someone pushed me away. She used her hands and pushed me sakto sa boobs. But it was all good, I guess. She said sorry right away, and seemed really guilty after. The other injury? NA-HEAD BUTT AKO. This girl was supposed to intercept the ball with her head, but bumped my head instead. SAKEEEEET. I had to be replaced because of that. But that’s part of the game. So fine. By the way, for us, Julianne’s the best! Best goalkeeper. Haha. Nice one!
The results? CAMEROON WINS 3RD PLACE.
--Good enough for us. Wala palang fruits ah? Hihi. Berry Guuuud!
Kahit super itim ko na, ok lang. I have fun playing anyway. So to my BEACHES (hahaha!), Trace, Jan, Den, Lisan and Coach Karen, see you guys sa Mod 2!

Tsss. We're going away again? And to think we'll be staying there for five to six days.. That'll be one of the longest five to six days of my life. I can't leave. I love home! Whoa, O.A.!
I think the only good thing about being in Baguio is the fact that it's one of the few places in the Philippines where people don't go ranting, "How the hell did it get this hot??" every five minutes. It's much colder there, but somehow I don't expect I'll be amused.
When not at home, Kuya and I do nothing but bum around the hotel room and play cards. Plus eat. Eat, eat, and eat. Yakk, buhay baboy.
If I go away, I'll miss the first two or three meetings of mod 2! Aww, I miss "Karen and the beaches" already!

Damn it, I missed American Idol!
Pfffft. Oh well, have to catch the 8 pm showing, I guess.***Edit: I just finished watching Idol, and all I can say is Federov sucked! He did. It was horrible.
You see, each of us in the family chose one idol. We’re betting that the one we picked wins. So if you chose the winner, you get a prize. I think.
I vote for Bo. My dad likes Carrie. Gela goes for Vonzelle, Kuya chose Anthony, and mom was forced to pick Scott. Wala na kasing natira eh. Haha.
But this week, I wish kuya loses the bet, coz I hated Federov’s performance! It was painful! I even enjoyed Savol’s performance better.
Anyway, I think tomorrow’s going to be an exciting elimination. Too bad I’ll be on the road while the show’s going on. So if there’s anyone with a good enough heart, please text me as soon as you know the results. I’ll love you if you do.

Just came home from my first soccer day in mod 2. Not as many people joined this time.
But it's fine, I guess. At least this time around, I know something. Haha. I missed everyone! Coach Kareeeen!

I just remembered, on our way home from Baguio, we were listening to the news on the radio. My tito, who was with us, was supposed to take a bus the day earlier, but decided to ride with us instead. We heard on the news that the day before, there was a hold-up on a Victory liner bus, along Marcos highway. Luckily, no one was killed.
Dad: Louie o, Victory liner pa yung na-hold up.
Tito: Oo nga, e di sana ako na yung iniinterview ngayon.
Haha. That was funny.

T’siks, guess what? I was watching Knowledge Channel a while ago (fine, loser na kung loser) and I came upom the show PAHINA. Surprisingly, the episode that was showing was the Florante at Laura episode. Yes, the one with the G-SHAK. Haha.
The show reminded me of ii-6. I MISS YOU GUYS SOOOOOO MUCH. My summer isn’t noisy enough without you. Wouldn’t it be nice if block section nalang? Haay.
What ever happened to our MOVIE DATE PART II?? I miss poking you guys and hearing your loud hirits! We must schedule it soon, yes?

Yeah, I was able to do that a lot today. Awww, I missed the T’siks. SANA BLOCK SECTION NALANG TALAGA.
Anyway, after endless eating and walking around a bit, we watched Amytiville Horror. T’was fun coz only a few people were in the theater. This meant unlimited screaming space for Denden, Val and Sev. Hihihi. They were so cute.
I didn’t find the movie scary, though. Nakaka-gulat, but not scary. But the way, I thought Ryan Reynolds was totally hot. HOTHOTHOTHOTHOT. I definitely give his abs a ten. They're that mouth-watering. Haha.
Movie scene--Kathy (the girl in the movie): William, get out of here!
Anne: Kala ko ba Billy yung pangalan niya?
Inna: Oo nga eh.
Denden: Baka BILLIAM totoo niyang pangalan.
Hahahahahah. Fun.

What I found disturbing on the other hand, is before the movie, while in the food court, there was this couple in front of our table. They were soooooo gross. Actually, the guy was so gross. He actually had enough guts to scratch his balls in front of his girlfriend! While standing! He was talking to her as if he wasn’t doing anything…nasty. That was so improper. Yuck.
Diba, Val?

It's funny how the top I've been looking for the whole day could be found in Kids of Bayo. All the other 'adult' stores didn't have exactly what I wanted. Good thing their biggest size could fit me. JOYJOYJOY.
I'm in love with the dressing rooms in Kids of Bayo. They've got different themes for each room! There's one with a cheerleader theme. It was pink! They even hung pompoms at the side to give a good feel to it. The other had this surfer theme. There even was a surfboard at the side. And the last room, had this rocker theme. They had like framed records on the wall.
Darn, I'd love to be a kid again!

A while ago, while training, some people from wazzup wazzup were there to make a report about AFC I think. It was funny, coz the reporter decided to go to our spot first. As in, in OUR training area. He was like, "Nandito tayo ngayon......" while doing the same things we did. Like while we were doing drills, the backtrack in particular, he said something like, "Eto, tumatakbo ako ng pabaliktad, ang tawag dito ay BUCKTRACK".. Hahahahahaha!
I'm gonna watch tonight, coz I passed by the camera a bunch of times. Wonder if I was seen... I hope I was seen. Hahaha, vain.
Anyway, the score a while ago was 2-2. I got to make a goal! Yess.
Hoy Lisan! Don't leave na kasiiii. Kahit sa next module na lang. Please?

Yesterday, my family and I went to Power Plant to watch Star Wars. We decided to catch the 10:50 pm showing. So while waiting, Dad, Kuya and Gela went to Power Bowl to play billiards. Since me and my mom didn’t want to play, we went window shopping instead.
First we went to the Body Shop coz my mom was looking for a new lipstick. So fine. While there, I noticed this guy trying on lip balms and other stuff. He didn’t look gay, so I figured he was kinda like Tim Yap. Wala lang, naaliw pa nga ako eh.
Then we went to Lacoste to look around. What was weird though, the guy was there too. I thought it was kind of funny, but I didn’t mind it anyway. So, after, we went to the video store, and lo and behold! He was there also! I was getting kind of freaked out, because he kept on staring at us. My mom said he was giving her the “I-want-to-meet-and-talk-to-you” kind of look. Thinking we were paranoid, we still didn’t mind the guy.
Then we went back to the Body Shop because I suddenly wanted to buy something. I figured this was where we could prove if he really was stalking us. I mean, at least we had a reason why we went back there. We wanted to buy something. If he was there, AGAIN, to just look around, not buying anything, I’m thinking that’s not normal anymore. So yeah, when we went back, he was still following us. We left, he left, but we bought something, he didn’t buy anything. Isn’t that suspicious?
We went to the bookstore after. This is where it got scary. While browsing through the books, he was standing awfully close. Almost like he was eavesdropping. As in really close. As in “you’re-sort-of-invading-personal space” kind of close.
Then my mom had an idea. She said we should go to the washroom. He shouldn’t be able to follow us there. So we freshened up. When we went out, we were afraid to look behind if he was still there. So we gave it a few seconds, and after stealing a few looks, we found out HE WAS STILL THERE, FOLLOWING.
That was when my mom and I decided to go back to dad and the others. We figured company could scare him off. Luckily, it did. When he saw my dad and my brother, he made a sharp turn and left us alone. Whoo. Thank God.

By the way, I enjoyed Star Wars. It was good. Yoda never fails to amuse me. =)

So Carrie won American Idol. I kinda figured that out since last night. Although Bo is a wonderful performer, he didn’t do that well last night. He was nervous as hell, plus he had to sing first. Carrie on the other hand, did amazingly well, conveying her emotions through the songs she sang. She did good. I still hope Bo would’ve won though. Oh well, may kotse din naman si Bo eh.
*I missed Constantine. Seeing him perform again gave me the chills. I love his trademark pout!

I remember this one time, my sister had to write an essay in Filipino about how she could be an instrument of peace in the society. My mom asked me to help her in doing that. But since I knew that at that time, my sister could only understand very, very simple Tagalog, I decided to write the essay for her. I know, I know, cheating sister award goes to me. Anyway, my essay included the words “pagkakaisa”, “magkakasundo”, and the like.
After writing the essay, of course, I had to make sure she understood what I wrote, so that she could explain it if ever she was asked.
Inna: Gela, do you know what “pagkakaisa” means?
Gela: Yeah, that’s when you’re ALONE.
HAHAHAHA. Cute.
Inna: Do you know what “magkakasundo” means?
Gela: That’s when you’re going to be fetched.
Even funnier. Nice.
My brother, on the other hand, I don’t think I have to explain why he’s conyo. His role in this year’s Hervacio and the way he speaks in general can be enough proof.
Hey you! Yes, you reading this. If you know me personally, do you think I’m conyo? Di naman diba?

Last Saturday, we had our football festival at the High School field in Ateneo. Out of the four games, Tracy and I got to play two. It’s fine, I guess. I mean, I’ve been in the advanced team for just barely a week. It was a different, but fun experience. The best thing about being in advanced: THE JERSEY, baby. Haha. Lovely, lovely.
The scores:
St. Scho VS Ateneo: 1-0
Xavier VS Ateneo: 1-0
MC VS Ateneo: 0-0
Poveda VS Ateneo: 4-1
Sad to say, we lost all the games. What can I say, most of the teams we played against are varsity teams of their respective schools. We’re just a summer clinic. So it’s fine, really.

A while ago, the sibol sisters planned to hang out at Shang. And we did. Vega, Leandro and Aileen even tagged along.
Cassie: Thanks for being hyper with me, for accompanying me while going up in the down escalator, for our talk about crushes migrating, for our talk about proms, and for being my constant partner. Lavv you.
Luis: Thanks for ordering “sisig na makisig” with matching actions and facial expressions, for keeping your word (you’re right, we should have TRUST), for being forever hungry, and for showing off your spiderman cap. Thanks, I had fun. “Bibili ako ng bucket, BAKET?” Hahaha. Sorry, benta talaga sakin.
Anna: Thank you for at least trying to be hyper, for accompanying me to Wendy’s, for listening, and for taking pictures with your phone. Di ako sanay na hindi ka maingay! But don’t worry, lavv parin kita.
Kookie: Thanks for being the center of our jokes and our "asarans", for borrowing money from ME (haha), trusting me with your decisions (told you mas maganda yung yellow!), and for being high school at heart. Iba na talaga pag college. Hehe, lavv din kita.
Leandro: Thanks for untying my bag (baaad ka), waiting for us outside the washroom, and for allowing me to enter the men’s washroom. That was an experience. Hehe.
Aileen: To put simply, thanks for laughing with me, listening to me and agreeing with me. Thanks a lot.
To everyone: Thanks for the company and for the fun. Pssh, it’s sad that that was the last Monday of my summer. Hope we can go out again some other time.
