Yiii. "Yerr weird."
From Anne's blog:
"Uhuh.. Everything around here is edible. Even me. But that my children, is called cannibalism. And that is sometimes frowned upon in other societies."
Wahahahahaha. I like it, I like it.

A while ago, after watching the movie, I got to witness my first fist fight! Whoo!
It was funny, 'coz insdead of being concerned, I was excited. I remember thinking, "Nangyayari pala 'to sa totoong buhay"..
I think the guys were fighting over this girl. The girl was screaming, and she was trying to get in between the two guys.
The guy punched the other in the face, then the other tried to fight back. Soon, there was a crowd just watching them do their thing. But after a while, the guards "arrested" the other guy..
Hmmm. That was... FUN.

Yes, I did. And for that, I’m proud of myself. So it turns out, natuloy pala kami.
We got to visit these caves the Katipuneros used to hide during the revolution. We got to visit four. Two of them were so dark, we needed to use our flash lights. One of them was so low, I got cramps. But despite that, I dunno, being in those caves made me proud to become a Filipino. I like that feeling.
It was hard hiking, though. Slips and slides would occur every ten seconds. And the ground? Oh my. It is true when the say IT’LL TAKE YOUR SOLE. Sticky, mehn.
Thanks to Nedz, hiking became much easier for me. She held my hand most of the time. Awww. Sweet no? She made me feel safe. Lavv you, Nedz!
It was funny at the beginning of the hike, while passing through the initial river, I was the first one who fell! Now, I’ve got a bruise on my right knee. I was drenched from shoulders down. The others? Only from their knees down. Wow, nakakahiya. Haha.
Another fun part? I got to rappel under the hanging bridge!! It was scary and thrilling at the same time. It was even raining the whole time. Great, great.
Pardon me for the disorganized thoughts. I honestly just arrived home.
Thank you, Lord for granting us a safe and fun trip.

Being an “electronic school” is not working for me.
See, it’s like this. Because of St. Paul’s desire to become a “high-tech” school, they’ve decided to put up an E-CLASSROOM for each batch. So it turns out, one classroom in each batch is given about 47 computers. That’s one computer per student, including a unit for the teacher.
(Un) Fortunately, my classroom was chosen to become the e-classroom for our batch. When I got to school this morning, I was shocked to find out our desks were no longer there. Three long tables replaced all our desks. One long desk is able to accommodate more or less sixteen units.
Yes, the idea of having a computer to yourself during classes seems like a fun idea. But I’m telling you, it’s not. It’s actually a hassle. We barely have space for our stuff, personal legroom is now non-existent, and it’s difficult to merely stand up.
I’m predicting this new arrangement is just gonna be a distraction to most of us. It’ll be hard concentrating especially if there’s a computer right in front of you.
A while ago, I got pissed off since our seats don’t face the teacher. Each of us is situated in front of a classmate, so we have to look to our right or left when we want to see the blackboard or the teacher. Basta, it’s hard to explain. Point is, at the end of the day, you get a stiff neck. I have one right now. Man, I’m exhausted.
Pag bumaba grades ko dahil dito, I’ll blame the school. I really will.

Is it so wrong to envision yourself as a SUPERHERO?
Thanks for destroying my dreams, sir.
I didn't want to be supergirl in a literal sense. It's merely symbolic.
You'll be sorry when you see me soaring in the skies someday.
Halaaaa... BITTER SI INNA.

So the play Cyrano de Bergerac is finally over. Funny how time flies just like that.
I never thought I’d feel THIS sad about ending it. I’ve become so close to a lot of them, that it just breaks my heart to leave.
It doesn’t seem so long ago when my brother forced me to become a nun in the play. I remember him telling me, “Sige na, no one else wants to do it eh. We’re desperate”. At that time, I didn’t know if I should feel insulted or what, but I gave in anyway.
Who would’ve thought agreeing to become a nun would be such fun? Even though we go on stage for just... more or less two minutes, it's a great two minutes, plus everything else in between.
Wow, I’d sure miss a lot of stuff.
I’ll miss the 20-minute ride I take from St. Paul to Ateneo every after school.
I’ll miss eating Dunkin Donuts or Jollibee Burger Steak when I arrive.
I’ll miss the varied reactions people would give when I say the word, “KARNE”.
I’ll miss calling the girls “family”.
I’ll miss calling another person “Hermana”, “Madre”, or “Banidosa”.
I’ll miss calling out “Monsieur de Guiche!” with much enthusiasm.
I'll miss saying "Thank you for watching" in an overly perky voice.
I’ll miss calling a certain someone “Tibs”.
I’ll miss hanging out in Sir Pagsi’s office.
I’ll miss having people help me with my homework.
I’ll miss Sir Pagsi’s inspiring and thought-provoking reflections.
I’ll miss Ate Maita’s friendly disposition and super girly laugh.
I’ll miss hiding from Anna while asking people to sign her “surprise folder” (Anna, my birthday’s on September 9, don’t forget).
I’ll miss taking pictures with two other madres.
I’ll miss watching the girls put on make-up. Sadly, I’m still the only one who doesn’t know how to put it on.
I'll miss receiving red roses after the show.
I’ll miss being the only one in a black and white uniform.
I’ll miss playing kampanerang kuba.
I’ll miss eating takas cheesecake.
I'll miss being called "HONEYPIE".
I’ll miss doing WORD FIND and having highlighter wars with anyone who wants to join.
I’ll miss punching Ragueneau’s tummy.
I’ll miss merengue.
I'll miss calling LINIER as LINIEL (only because I can't pronounce 'R' very well).
I'll miss making up silly sequels for Cyrano. ü
Man, the list goes on and on.
I now know why kuya loves Sibol so much. It's because the people there are a family. And I genuinely felt that there.
If you look at it, in Sibol, I have extra sisters (Sibol sisters), younger brothers (aspirants and sophs), same-aged brothers (juniors), extra older brothers (seniors and alumni) and a "daddy".
O, san ka pa? It's a family indeed.
So there. Thank you Anna, Cassie, Ate Jenny, Ate Maita, Kookie, Ate Crisel, Sir Pagsi, and Sibol in general for the experience. I learned a lot. It was a pleasure working with you guys.I’ll miss you.
