Thank you to everyone who became part of my 2005.
It was one of the best years ever.

A while ago, during PE, Mrs. Fernandez told us that we’d be taking up ballroom dancing this fourth quarter. Joanne and I freaked right away, since we absolutely suck at dancing. And then Mrs. Fernandez said, “Magandang aralin yan, para pag dating ng prom niyo, marunong kayong sumayaw”.
Oo nga no, we are gonna dance during the prom. It would be fun to see the whole batch dancing the same thing when “I love the nightlife” plays. Haha, I remember last year’s Soph Night, when “1, 2 step” played, everyone started doing the same thing!
But loser talaga kanina, because I couldn’t even follow the most basic step. It took me about fifteen minutes to get used to executing the step. Good thing Lu was my partner and was patient with me. After all, we’re no Ivannas when it comes to dancing. Wahaha, I wish I dance as good as her.
Anyway, about an hour and thirty minutes and sore feet later, we finally got some of the steps. It’s soooo much easier if I play the girl. But then again, I can play the boy too, we just need a little practice.
Trouble is, next week for our practical test, Mrs. Fernandez is requiring us to wear heels! I just hope I don’t trip while dancing. I really have trouble dancing with heels. I even took my heels off while dancing during last year’s Soph Night. Whoo. Practice nalang talaga.
Sana yung date ko sa prom magaling sumayaw, para hindi halata na hindi ako marunong. Then I could just follow his lead.
Ms. Pike gave a check up quiz about Macbeth a while ago. It’s a miracle I was able to answer the questions, because I did not read the book yet. Thank you, book notes!
Haha, but I’ll read the book, I swear. I just didn’t have the time last night, because I had to write my part of the Noli script. I didn’t realize that that would take so much time. I was still awake at around 2:30 am trying to understand those evil deep words. Darn, I wish I were really good in Filipino. I mean, I know how to speak Filipino, I just find it difficult to understand some of the words.
Argh. Gala uniform tomorrow. Goodbye, comfort!

For the past few days, we’ve been practicing for the fair’s variety show. I’m not complaining or anything, I actually find it fun.
It's just that, we’ve been buried in tons of schoolwork this week. That means I’m given less time to study and I’ve been getting at most, 3 hours of sleep each day.
Plus, because we’ll be performing for the variety show, it’s official... I WONT BE ABLE TO WATCH THE BACKSTREET BOYS LIVE.
DAAAAAAAAAMMMNNNNNNN. Nick Carter, I wanna see youuuuuuuu!
We had our practical test in ballroom dancing a while ago, and Lu and I got a 19 out of 20. Whoo! Not bad for girls who totally suck at dancing. Swing baby, swing!
Someone told me something a while ago that just absolutely broke my heart. To those who know what I’m taking about, I’d appreciate it if you keep mum about it. Shit, I guess I spoke too soon.

Last Saturday, I was eating a strawberry snowcone while watching the dance troupe perform.
I don't exactly remember what happened, but a chunk of my snowcone accidentaly fell on a random guy's jeans!
Ghhaad. There was a huge stain on his right leg!
Being the coward that I am, I actually ran away before he could know I was the culprit. HAHAHA.
Wala lang, I just realized I should have apologized.

Just when I already have enough time to train for soccer and join the next module in February, my mom tells me I can't go. 
NAKAKAINIS! I'M FINALLY FREE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS!
Daaaarn. I've been waiting to go back to AFC for sooooooooo long now.
And you know what my mom's reason is for not allowing me?
"Hala ka, pag dating ng prom mo, hindi na naman pantay ang kulay mo. Pag tapos na siguro yung prom mo."
Argh. I miss playing soccer already!
Tsss. Pahamak talaga yang prom na yan.
